We are pleased to present a series of visualizations showcasing the renovation and adaptive reuse of historic buildings with a traditional character, transformed into modern commercial and office complexes. Commissioned by a Polish real-estate developer, the 3D visualizations showcase the revitalization concept of a small pre-war building, once part of an Austrian barracks and fortification complex. The second project consists of visualizations created for a German property developer, depicting the redevelopment of a typical post-industrial building. The new architectural concepts presented in the images include a thorough renovation of the buildings and an expansion with modern segments. The redevelopment projects aim to combine the original identity of the historic architecture with contemporary structural and decorative solutions. The visualizations illustrate the degree of preservation of the buildings’ original character and how the historic structure integrates with the new part of the complex. The result is a stylish space in the spirit of modern heritage – a harmonious blend of classical architectural details and modern design.
As part of the projects, we had the opportunity to develop detailed sets of architectural renderings to accurately and realistically present the office development. Photorealistic visualizations play a key role in real-estate marketing, investor presentations, and regulatory approvals, providing an essential communication tool between developers, architects, and urban planning authorities. High-end 3D renders not only support planning and permitting processes but also serve as a compelling asset in commercial real-estate sales and business negotiations. Engaging, high-quality visuals showcase the full potential of the development. The investment is presented in a way that enhances its market appeal, increases interest among stakeholders, and facilitates strategic decision-making. Architectural visualizations are invaluable for real-estate developers seeking to promote their properties pre-construction and for architects aiming to present their design vision with clarity and impact.
Scope of visual materials developed for the projects:
Building facade visualizations – detailed ground-level shots showcasing restored elements of historic architecture alongside newly added office segments.
Aerial visualizations of the office complex – a complete composition illustrating the buildings within the project, along with their surroundings, including entrance zones, parking areas, and green spaces.
Buildings 3D scheme – simplified, texture-free project’s representations illustrate the spatial composition, structural layout of the development and sectional views of buildings at various levels. The schematic visualizations were created to facilitate design analysis and planning decisions.
Photorealistic interior visualizations – presentations of interior design concepts for one floor of each building, arranged as company headquarters. Visualizations depict modern industrial-style offices that reference the aesthetic character of the buildings.
3D floor plans – comprehensive layouts of building floors, allowing for the analysis of functionality and the ergonomics of office spaces.
